1. Introduction

This Pricing Policy outlines the subscription plans, payment terms, and related policies for the GA4 Insights Generator service provided by Dreamnotion Innovations LLP (“we,” “us,” “our”) through the thrivemattic.com website.

2. Subscription Plans

    • Limited to 4 emails/reports
    • 7-day data history
    • Basic email support
    • Basic KPIs and AI Insights

  • 2.2 Paid Plan

    • 30-day data history
    • Advanced KPIs and AI-powered insights
    • Priority email support
    • Weekly automated reports
    • Pricing:
      • USD $10 per month for international customers
      • INR ₹499 per month for Indian customers

  • 2.3 Enterprise Plans

    Custom enterprise plans are available for businesses with specific requirements. Please contact our sales team for more information.

3. Payment Terms

  • 3.1 Currency

    • All prices are listed in USD for international customers and INR for Indian customers
    • The applicable currency will be determined based on your location

  • 3.2 Payment Processing

    • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
    • We do not store your complete payment information on our servers
    • For subscription plans, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle

  • 3.3 Billing Cycles

    • Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the initial purchase date
    • Annual subscriptions are billed once per year from the initial purchase date
    • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

  • 3.4 Taxes

    • For Indian customers, all prices are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently at 18% for digital services
    • GST will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax regulations
    • A proper GST invoice will be provided for all transactions
    • For international customers, taxes may vary based on local tax laws

4. Price Changes

  • 4.1 Notification

    • We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before implementing any price changes
    • Notifications will be sent to your registered email address and posted on our website

  • 4.2 Existing Subscribers

    • Existing monthly subscribers will maintain their current pricing for 6 months following a price change announcement
    • Annual subscribers will maintain their current pricing until their next renewal date

5. Additional Services

  • 5.1 Add-on Features

    We may offer additional features or services at extra cost. These will be clearly marked as optional add-ons with their respective pricing.

  • 5.2 Custom Development

    Custom development work is available at additional cost and will be quoted separately based on specific requirements.
