Your scorecard flagged admission-form friction. This is the audit that maps it and fixes it.
For Private and Deemed Universities
Your application form is where applicants decide, or drop off.
Across the 194 Indian universities we studied, 42% of admission flows fail the mobile test, 19 hide their fees, and 27 omit eligibility. A one-week audit shows you where yours leaks, and exactly what to fix.

Sample findings — Application Form UX Audit
Anonymised
High
Photo upload hangs the page on a file just over the size limit
Directly in front of payment. Fix: compress client-side and validate size with a clear message instead of a stall.
High
Save discards an entire unsaved section on a single misclick
No warning strong enough to stop it. Fix: explicit unsaved-changes warning and autosave.
High
No honest route through the name field for single-parent applicants
Fix: make “not applicable” a first-class option.
Anonymised from a recent client audit. The full report is severity-ranked, with screenshot evidence and a specific fix for every finding.
How the audit works
One week, end to end
From walkthrough to a severity-ranked findings report in five working days, so it lands before the peak intake window.
No IT lift
We use your public self-serve registration flow. Only the Full audit’s drop-off module needs read-only analytics access, with a fallback.
Every finding actionable
Each issue ships with a specific fix and a benchmark reference, so your team can act immediately without a discovery phase.
Methodology
Grounded in the 194-university admission-flow study
Every finding is contextualised against real sector distributions from our study of 194 Indian private and deemed universities. We show what applicants experience with clear screenshot evidence and specific technical fixes.
Common questions
Before you request
What does the audit actually cover?
The full application journey: signup or registration through the application sections to the payment gate, on desktop and mobile, including error states such as resume-after-abandon and single-parent household cases.
Do you need access to our portal or IT systems?
No for the Rapid audit. We use the public, self-serve registration flow. Only the Full audit’s drop-off module needs read-only GA4 or Clarity access, and it has a fallback if access is not granted.
What do we receive at the end?
The Rapid audit delivers a report with the top 10 issues, severity-ranked, each with screenshot evidence and a specific fix. The Full audit adds a peer scorecard, before/after wireframes, and an executive walkthrough.
How is this different from a general website audit?
A website audit looks at the whole site. This audit focuses only on the application journey, using form-design heuristics and the 194-university admission-flow benchmark to find where applicants drop off.
Is our university’s data kept private?
Yes. Findings are delivered only to you. We publish benchmark aggregates across the 194-university study, never an individual institution’s numbers without written approval.
